ESL has revealed the match-ups for the fourth round of the IEM Katowice Major's New Challengers Stage.

The second day of the Major came to an end with two teams through to the New Legends Stage, Renegades and NRG, and two others having been sent packing after recording three straight losses, Spirit and Grayhound.

The 2-1 group is headlined by a clash between ENCE and Winstrike, two teams currently in the top two. TYLOO and ViCi, the surprise packages of this stage so far, will fight for spots in the last-16 against AVANGAR and Vitality, respectively.

In the 1-2 pool, the clash between G2 and fnatic will draw most of the attention, with the Swedish team having originally earned the first seed heading into the tournament. A lot of eyes will also be on the clash between Ninjas in Pyjamas and Vega Squadron, a rematch of the ELEAGUE Major 2017 qualifier encounter which threw the Swedes out of the Major cycle.

The match-ups were determined by resorting to an ELO rating system, introduced by ESL for this Major. After every round, the teams' rating is adjusted, with the winners taking a portion of the losers' points.
