Virtus.pro have confirmed that the organisation has cut its ties to Paweł "byali" Bieliński, which will allow the 24-year-old to play in the Minor for Katowice 2019. byali is currently playing with the Polish mixture MIKSTURA, who secured a spot in the closed qualifiers for the European Minor last week. The 24-year-old's manager has confirmed to HLTV.org that the final release means he is allowed to play in the Minor, should MIKSTURA move on from the closed qualifiers in December, in which Virtus.pro also have a spot. MIKSTURA's run in the Major qualification has been uncertain because of the recently added conflict of interest rules regarding Majors, which state that participants "should not have any financial interest in the success of any team that they are competing against." ![]() byali's departure from Virtus.pro was announced back in August, the organisation stressing that it happened according to both parties' wishes, with the 24-year-old's former teammate Filip "NEO" Kubski revealing in an interview with HLTV.org at the FACEIT Major that byali had wanted to move on from the team for a while. Virtus.pro GM Roman Dvoryankin added that the agreement has 'some restrictions', but didn't specify what they are. byali's personal manager also declined to further explain the restrictions regarding his departure. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
