Spirit have secured their place in the CIS Minor playoffs after beating FORZE 16-11 on Mirage in the Group B winners' match.

The CIS Minor continued with Group B action as FORZE and Spirit won their opening matches against AVANGAR and Monolith, respectively. The victors then met in the winners' match which took place on Mirage for a spot in the playoffs.

Spirit were on the T-side in the first half which they kicked off with a 2vs4 clutch in the pistol round. After Spirit cleaned up in the anti-eco rounds and took the 3-0 lead, FORZE picked up the first weapon round win.

FORZE's CT-side looked promising as they managed to take the lead (5-4). However, Spirit won a 3vs5 in the tenth round to tie the game which started a six round streak that gave a 10-5 lead to Vadim "⁠DavCost⁠" Vasilyevs team at halftime.

Andrey "⁠Jerry⁠" Mekhryakov secured the second half pistol round with an ace to clutch a 2vs5. Spirit made it 11-8 by winning the first weapon round in the second half. FORZE responded in the following round by taking the B-site and broke Spirit's economy (11-9).

FORZE were about to tie the game at 11-11 but Spirit won the round with an A-site stack thanks to Dmitry "⁠S0tF1k⁠" Forostyanko's 1vs2 clutch and quad kill (12-10). Spirit won the match 16-11 and secured their place in the CIS Minor playoffs.
